Raghav or better known as Reggie is a serial entrepreneur, leadership and management professional and an accredited chartered manager from the Chartered Management institute. Reggie has scaled startups from idea to growth stage with revenues reaching as high as 200,000 USD per month. He has lead teams varying from ten to two hundred people of a multidisciplinary background. His career also includes stints at MSLgroup and other large integrated agencies where he handled medium to large scale public, private and NGO accounts. He is a firm believer and practitioner of the hersey-blanchard situational model of leadership.

Gabriel’s core competency lies in the understanding of the media buying and advertising industry, having regularly managed high net worth accounts with budgets of over a million euros. His grasp of the technical aspects of programmatic media buying has provided him an edge in today's ever changing digital landscape. His creative capacity has built many successful integrated campaigns for industry leaders in sectors such as FMCG, Retail and Direct Media throughout Eastern Europe.

Udit has extensive experience with various stages of startups, from being a founder of a solar energy related project, to startups operating in the logistics, technology and FMCG industries in various high level roles. His insight to building and scaling companies will be invaluable with his previous experience of being at the operational helm from the idea to large scale growth stage.

Farrukh is a seasoned investment and financial professional who previously worked for both KPMG and Grant & Thornton. During his corporate career Farrukh was involved with audit and advisory for the middle eastern region’s largest players. He later left his corporate career to join the evolving world of cryptocurrency. He is currently the co founder of a crypto trading advisory group and an active investor in the crypto space.
Steven is an attorney focusing on Public International law, Maritime law, Foreign Direct Investment law and a Securities Compliance expert. Previously, he served for twelve years in the United States Marine Corps.
After graduating with an honours degree from Middlesex university, Rachel has over five years work experience in the Middle East. She has worked within a variety of industries, dealing with challenging situations and has been responsible for providing administrative, marketing and psychological support to both colleagues and employees alike.
Mirna has worked with multiple international companies in strategizing solutions to optimize their brand in both marketing and social aspects. Ever so eager to learn, she has continued her studies and is pursuing a second degree in Business Administration after the completion of her initial degree in HND Graphics Design back in 2014. Her charismatic personality reflects through her strong presence in professional social media settings, and she has proven that she is able to provide resolution and information under challenging circumstances.
Over twenty years of experience in design, development and support of IT and mobile solutions in international environments. Vic’s career includes working with Status (SNT), and Opera at a senior level. He is currently the lead blockchain developer for MFChain and the Opet foundation. His main focus is creating business value through process improvements in direct collaboration with developers, operations, marketing, and sales. Main specialties include blockchain development, product management, big data and software development.
Jake is the founder of KJ Trading and advisor to both Menlo One & Hybrid Block. He is a veteran cryptocurrency entrepreneur and investor, having built an influential brand-name community from scratch, his goal and motivation is to help people navigate the complex cryptocurrency ecosystem. As someone who is experienced in building and maintaining large scale communities, Jake’s unparalleled expertise and advice, will help Gath3r effectively build, manage and successfully engage the overall cryptocurrency industry.
Tom Attea is one of New York's most respected advertising individuals, who has held senior C level positions in New York’s top ad agencies, which include InterPublic, Cox, Leapfrog and Young & Rubicam. Tom currently serves as the founder and Director of Heavy Creative Inc. He has won many creative awards, including four Clios in one night, Gold and Silver Lions from Cannes, the Gold Mobius, the Gold Telly and The Effie. He was selected by LinkedIn for “Best of Copywriting” for both 2016 & 2017.
John Kim started his career with Deloitte in the US working in the IT field and as a project management role for support on audit-related applications. He has 5 years of technical experience under his belt and has managed the support of global applications used by over 80,000 internal and external users. He is also the CEO of a small eCommerce startup. John began his crypto journey back in March 2017. He runs a medium sized mining farm and is part of the Luxcore team. Dedicating his full time to crypto, he has exceptional insight into the intricate world of the cryptocurrency industry.
For the last nineteen years, Narendra has used a unique combination of communication, coding skills and strategic nous to deliver impact in the many roles he has had.In his last role as Chief Digital Officer at Xynteo — Narendra led a digital transformation effort at a mission driven firm that works with executive leadership at some of the world’s largest companies (Unilever, Shell, Mastercard etc) and builds coalitions to power a new model of growth. Prior to this, Narendra spent six years at Publicis Groupe, using data driven insights to build breakthrough end-to-end influence to commerce programs, leveraging earned, owned and paid channels for clients like P&G, Coke, The Gates Foundation in multiple markets. Acqui-hired to build a digital team in India, he grew the team from three people to 100+ across four cities. Grew business from USD 100K in the first year to ~USD 1.8 million and then went on to build multi-cultural, multi-country teams at the Asia level to serve global and regional clients. He had a win rate of 80%+ over 200+ pitches over six years. This digital journey started with setting up an independent digital shop focused on content + performance marketing with a strong emphasis on tech. With an IBM division as the first client, the model quickly evolved to become white-labelled service provider for mid-sized agencies. This was after spending 9 years as a journalist, across print and television, and being part of the launch team of two television channels. He has always been passionate about the power of computing and the imagination of science fiction, and is driven by the need to make a real dent in the world..
